By purchasing any cxg-studios product, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not make a purchase.

Purchased scripts may only be used on your own or authorized FiveM servers. Redistribution, resale, or commercial modification without written permission is prohibited.

cxg-studios may modify, suspend, or discontinue products at any time, subject to the refund policy.

Products are delivered through Tebex. Also review its Terms of Service at tebex.io/legal.

cxg-studios collects only the information needed to process orders and provide support: email address, Discord ID, and transaction data handled by Tebex.

We do not sell or share personal data except with providers strictly required to complete a transaction.

Data is retained only as long as required by applicable law. You may request access, correction, or deletion through Discord.

This store operates under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Because these are digital products, returns are not accepted after a script is downloaded or access is granted.

For technical issues, open a Discord ticket. Support will try to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

At cxg-studios's discretion, refunds may be issued for serious defects that prevent use and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Each purchase grants a license for one server unless the product page states otherwise.

Reselling, sharing, sublicensing, or redistributing purchased code without prior written permission is prohibited.

Licenses may be suspended for fraud, support abuse, or unauthorized distribution.
